QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES
The Management of MOBLEGAL, S.A., a kitchen design and manufacturing company, does hereby state that the following are the basic principles of the company regarding QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES:
The ultimate and most important aim of MOBLEGAL, S.L. is to achieve total customer satisfaction, fulfiling customers’ requirements and expectations with regard to the quality of the products made and the level of service while minimizing (and, if possible, preventing) the risks to the health and safety of our workers, as well as the use of resources and the environmental impact of our activities. All this shall be done strictly abiding by all relevant legislation in force regarding the activities of the company (on a supranational, national, regional, and local basis), as well as by any other requirement which the company voluntarily decides to abide by or subscribe. The organization shall also carry out its activities under a strict policy of respect and cooperation with the other interested parties involved in these activities, especially suppliers or subcontractors, and the surrounding social setting, with the aim of turning the MOBLEGAL marque into a benchmark of quality, innovation and exclusivity, thus allowing it to stand out from the competition in the kitchen furniture market.
To this end, the company has decided to direct its efforts towards the continual improvement of processes and products, focusing on the participation of the people working for the organization and those involved with it in some way or other, setting and achieving objectives and, where appropriate, goals which reflect progress in that improvement, minimize environmental impact, reduce pollution and lessen the risks, so much so that they ensure a sustainable development and a safe working environment for the workforce. This shall be carried out through the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, respectively.
MOBLEGAL, S.L. undertakes to have all the adequate resources (human, technical, and financial) at its disposal to ensure the achievement of all the goals that may be set.
MOBLEGAL, S.L. deems essential that all the people working for the company, as well as those people who are not part of the workforce but are directly involved with the activity of the company, must share the company culture with regard to quality, the environment, and occupational and health safety. This being so, Moblegal, S.L. undertakes to spare no effort to turn its work into “A true vocation of customer service, workforce protection, and respect for the environment”.
The Integrated Management Committee shall be in charge of the implementation, maintenance and review of the Integrated Management System, under the final supervision of the undersigned Managing Director, who approves this Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
