In line with this standard and on a regular, scheduled basis, we undertake activities such as customer satisfaction surveys, assessments of suppliers and their products and monitoring and quality control of the manufacturing process, which enable us to identify what we need to do to improve processes from the beginning right through to delivery of our kitchens.
