Our management system has been independently and externally endorsed by Aenor, one of Europe’s most highly rated quality standardisation agencies, which has awarded us the following accreditations:

- UNE-EN ISO 14001/CGM-04-461 – environmental management.
- UNE 166002 – management of R&D.

The tool that enables us to achieve this objective is the ISO 9001 standard. In line with this standard and on a regular, scheduled basis, we undertake activities such as customer satisfaction surveys, assessments of suppliers and their products and monitoring and quality control of the manufacturing process, which enable us to identify what we need to do to improve processes from the beginning right through to delivery of our kitchens.
